Linux Startup Script for Membrane with Tanuki Java Service wrapper

Membrane API Gateway contains almost ready to run configuration files for the Tanuki Java Service Wrapper. The wrapper is installed as a Linux startup script in /etc/init.d and controls the Java VM Membrane will run in.
