WebSocket and STOMP over WebSocket routing and intercepting

Since version 4.2.0 Membrane Service Proxy can route WebSocket traffic. Added in version 4.4.0 Membrane can additionally intercept WebSocket traffic. This is now also true for STOMP over WebSockets traffic.
