API Management and focus on bug fixing (News from 14.07.)

Membrane Service Proxy 4.2.2 is an experimental release that provides enhanced API Management features (see API Management on Github for further information). Additionally a lot of bugs were "squashed" in the last months to further improve Membrane Service Proxy.
