Membrane Service Proxy 4.0.8: Changes to the Resource Resolver (News from 31.07.)

The new release of Membrane Service Proxy brings an overhaul of the resource resolving logic. New integration tests cover - across different operating systems and forms of deployment - a total of 552 cases.
The 4.0.8 release brings a change which is backward incompatible: Resources referenced from proxies.xml using relative paths are now resolved relatively to the location of the proxies.xml file.
Problems arising from this change are unfortunate, but this removes a major quirk, as the new logic is the same as used by most of the internet (HTML, CSS, the XMLs including WSDL and XSD, etc.).
There is a detailed example in the documentation on how to upgrade your configuration file.
