Membrane Service Proxy 4.0.7: Changed default keep-alive timeout, small fixes, 4.X doc (News from 30.07.)

The 4.0.7 release of Membrane Service Proxy does not bring any overwhelming new features and is a little bit boring. This is a good sign. ;) The default keep-alive timeout has been lowered to 4s and the "Keep-Alive" header is now unterstood by Membrane's HTTP client side. HTTP request forwarding loops are detected via 20+ accumulating "X-Forwarded-For" headers. 4.0.7 also fixes a few 4.X regressions and small older bugs. The 4.X documentation is now fully up-to-date.
